Lily- James, I’m fine and that’s what matters. Peter and a few of his death eater buddies-
James- A FEW!?
Lily- Okay, a dozen, cornered me on my prefect rounds and there were so many curses flying at me. They aren’t even sure what all I was hit by, they just know that there were a lot and I’m quite lucky to be alive. Thanks to James and the boys who got me out of it, because they were secretly following me after Peter’s threat. Which you failed to tell me about!
James- She couldn’t move once she finally woke up and then she couldn’t speak for about a month, I was terrified. This is why I’m going to find him and kill him.
Lily- James, you will do no such thing! You would be taken from me and put into Azkaban! You’re willing to give this up after so many years?
James- …no… But I will pay him back, and it won’t be nice.

- Dorcas- I know, but it's one date, not even a date, it's lunch at Hogsmeade. We will be eating with you guys. It's going to be you and James, you and Remus, Peter even has a date. Sirius and I would just tag along any ways. Now we're just sitting by each other.
